Itinerary : The palm–studded landscape of Ko Tao and plenty of its nearby coral reefs and sea–life habitats will surely arouse your enthusiasm. The island offers a wide range of accommodation‚ good snorkelling & scuba diving spots and a chance to really escape from the crowds. Just one kilometre to the northwest lays picturesque Ko Nang Yuan‚ famous for its connected sand bar which magically revealed during low tide.

Day 1 - Bangkok to Chumphon ( -/-/- )

Late afternoon transfer to the railway station for the overnight train to Chumphon.

Day 2 - Chumphon to Ko Tao ( -/-/- )

Arrive Chumphon early in the morning and then transfer by bus and ferry to Ko Tao. After checking in to the bungalow, the rest of the day is yours to explore this charming island.

Days 3 - 6, Ko Tao ( B/-/- )

Choose how to spend these days at your own wish. There are plenty of optional activities for you including snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking, exploring inland, or simply just lazing on the beach for total relaxation.

Day 7 - Ko Tao ( B/-/- )

Termination of the tour after breakfast. You can extend your journey to Ko Pha Ngan and Ko Samui that you will arrive in the late afternoon.

Remark :
 

§ Please note that it is a monsoon season on the east coast during mid-October and mid-December. However, divers can still enjoy some of the dive sites sheltered by the island itself. There might be a few service interruptions on the ferry from Chumphon to Ko Tao and in that case, we will reroute the trip via Ko Samui instead. Those arriving during the monsoon period should contact our local office prior to the commencement of the trip.

§ Diving options available include diving introduction and open-water certification courses as well as day and night dives for certified divers.

§ Participants should meet ETC at least one day prior to departure day for orientation of the program.

§ Accommodation: shared twin-bedded room with air conditioning and private facilities.

§ Meals: Daily breakfast

§ Transport:  Air-conditioned/non-air-conditioned in remote areas, 2nd class air-conditioned train from Bangkok to Chumphon and ferry to Ko Tao

§ Misc: Local English-speaking guides and all activities as specified in the itinerary, including admission fees, with instruction where necessary
