Arrive Bangkok airport and then transfer to hotel. Overnight.

Days 2-4, Bangkok ( B/L/- )

After breakfast transfer to the cooking school. The course is completely hands-on and conducted in English. While the technical content is professionally presented, the whole process is meant to be entertaining and in a word, "fun" for the participants! This is an opportunity to really discover the joy of cooking and try your hand at becoming a Thai cook.
During all our classes, the school's instructional emphasis is always focused on the same three things: traditional Thai techniques, innovative use of ingredients and esthetic presentation. What changes is only the ingredients according to season.

There is a wide variety of cooking classes from 1-5 days. The 4-hour classes, featuring 4 food items, are held on Tuesday - Sunday, 9.30am - 1.30pm. School is closed on Monday and National Public holidays. All classes include recipes and generous samplings of demonstrated items.

Transfer back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 5 - Bangkok Departure ( B/-/- )

Termination of the tour after breakfast.

	Remark :
	§ It is not recommended that young children who may disrupt the classes take part in the cooking course. § The school closed on Monday and public holiday. If the booking coincide with the closed days then the class will be arranged on either arrival or departure day instead.
