Hiking‚ Biking and Zip–lining in Chiang Mai

Itinerary : Looking for more adrenaline rush? This combination package of hiking‚ biking and zip–lining answers your demand in just six days. Trekking in the Northern Thailand hills and visiting hill–tribe villages is something not to be missed and now we combine it with exploring around Chiang Mai City on a two–wheelers‚ including the fascinating ruins of Wieng Kum Kam‚ and zip–lining through the forest from tree to tree high above the ground. A unique thrilling experience that will surely gets your adrenaline flowing.

Day – Bangkok to Chiang Mai ( -/-/- )

Late afternoon transfer at around 16.30 to the railway station for the overnight train to Chiang Mai. 

Day 2 – Chiang Mai ( -/-/- )

Arrive Chiang Mai early morning and transfer to hotel.  In the afternoon set off by bicycle to explore the some of the highlights of this delightful city. Visit also the ruins of the ancient city of Wieng Kum Kam.

Day 3 – Trekking ( B/L/D )

After breakfast depart Chiang Mai by pick-up and head into the hills to start the trek, stopping at a local market along the way. Enjoy trekking through the majestic forest and reaching the welcoming hill-tribe village where the night will be spent learning about the tribe peoples’ way of life. Dinner and overnight in the village.

Day 4 – Trekking ( B/L/- )

Set off again after breakfast and after a morning’s exhilarating walk head off to an elephant camp for the unforgettable experience of riding through the forest on the back of a majestic elephant. After this round of the day with an exciting trip down the river on a bamboo raft. Return to Chiang Mai and check back into your hotel.

Day 5 – Zip-lining ( B/-/- )

After breakfast head back to the forest for the truly memorable and thrilling experience of zip-lining high up in the forest canopy. Zipping from tree to tree will set the heart pounding but safety is paramount and there is not the slightest danger. Return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon.

Day 6 – Chiang Mai ( B/-/- )
End of services after breakfast.

§ Trekking itinerary is only a guideline and is subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions, but the same concept will be maintained.

§ Accommodation: shared twin-bedded room with air conditioning and private facilities. While trekking, stays in village huts. Floor mat, sheet, rucksack, water canteen and lifejacket are supplied

§ Meals: Daily breakfast and full board while trekking.

§ Transport:  Air-conditioned/non-air-conditioned in remote areas, 2nd class air-conditioned train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.

§ Misc: Bicycles with expert guidance, safely helmets provide. Zip-ling with expert instruction and guidance. Full safety provision ensured.
