If you are a full-time student, aged 12 years or over, then something you have just got to have is an International Student Identity Card (ISIC). The only internationally recognized proof of full-time student status, having an ISIC will entitle you to any of the over 32,000 discounts that are available to full-time students around the world.
These include great travel bargains and discounts at some of your favourite restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Not forgetting museums and art galleries and all manner of cultural and sporting events.

What do you need?
To apply for the ISIC all you need is proof that you are currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognised institution. This can either be your college or university student ID or a signed letter from your school on official stationary. If you are a Thai national about to begin study overseas then the acceptance letter from the university and your student visa will be sufficient.
If you are a visitor to Thailand and have lost your ISIC we will be happy to issue you with a replacement but please remember we still need that proof of full-time student status and this should be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.
One inch photograph is also required and the fee is Bht 200.00. If you want the card sent back to you by post then please add Bht 50.00 (Thailand only).
